About the relation of the religious government and the issue of Hijab, There are two viewpoints: The first based on the absence of historical report in clashing with the phenomena of bad veiling in the era of the Prophet Mohammad and Imam Ali (p.b.u.t), is the unentitlement of of the religious government to interfere in the issue of Hijab.
The second viewpoint signifies the power end even the obligation of the religious government in confronting the issue of Hijab, based on the reasons that criticizes the first viewpoint like the non-influence of the absence of historical report in the fulfillment of the Islamic ordinances and presence of reports against this claim and proving foundations such as the necessity of paying attention to the differences between the first era of Islamic society and the actual society, the real expediencies and mischiefs of ordinances and their influences in different tenses, clarifying the relation of bad veiling and the spread of corruption and the way Islam confronts that and non-exclusivity of the meaning of government’s interference in legal clashing.
In accordance to the importance of the role of the government’s interference in the issue of Hijab, this article has preliminary considered the first viewpoint and its foundations and then has clarified the second so as to answer to this question that what is the place and role of the government in
confronting the phenomena of bad veiling.
