چکیده:
چکیده هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین معنویت در محیط کار با تعهد سازمانی و سلامت سازمانی مدیران مدارس متوسطه دوم آموزشوپرورش شهرستان اهواز بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران مدارس متوسطه دوم آموزشوپرورش شهرستان اهواز در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده 140 نفر بهعنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامههای معنویت در محیط کار میلیمن و همکاران (Milliman et al, 2003)، تعهد سازمانی آلن و مییر (Meyer & Allen, 1996) و سلامت سازمانی مدرسه هوی و فیلدمن (Hoy & Feldman, 1987) بود. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین معنویت در محیط کار با تعهد سازمانی و سلامت سازمانی همبستگی ساده و چندگانۀ مثبت و معنیدار وجود داشت (01/0 >P). همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون با روش مرحلهای نشان داد که از بین مولفههای معنویت در محیط کار، (کار معنادار و همسویی با ارزشهای سازمان) توان پیشبینی تعهد سازمانی را داشتند، بهطوریکه 52/0 از واریانس تعهد سازمانی مدیران توسط این مولفهها قابل تبیین بود. همچنین از بین مولفههای متغیر پیشبین (معنویت در محیط کار) فقط همسویی با ارزشهای سازمان توان پیشبینی سلامت سازمانی را داشت، بهطوریکه 31/0 از واریانس سلامت سازمانی مدیران توسط این مولفه قابل تبیین بود. کلیدواژهها: معنویت در محیط کار، تعهد سازمانی، سلامت سازمانی، مدیران مدارس، آموزشوپرورش
Abstract The aim of this study was aware of The relationship between Workplace Spirituality with Organizational Health and Organizational Commitment of the High School Administrators of Ahwaz Educational administrate. فرضيه سوم : بين مؤلفه هاي معنويت در محيط کار با تعهد سازماني مديران مدارس متوسطه دوم آموزش وپرورش شهرستان اهواز رابطه چندگانه معنيداري وجود دارد.
فرضيه چهارم : بين مؤلفه هاي معنويت در محيط کار با سلامت سازماني مدارس متوسطه دوم آموزش وپرورش شهرستان اهواز رابطه چندگانه معنيداري وجود دارد.
نتايج حاصل از اين فرضيه ها با يافته هاي تحقيقات (٢٠١٤ ,Shirazi &Mohammadinejad,Hosseini, Farzan,Rafiee )؛ و ( & Esfahani ٢٠١٤ ,Fatemi) که نشان دادند رابطه معنيداري بين معنويت در محيط کار و مؤلفه هاي آن با تعهد سازماني وجود دارد و همچنين با نتايج پژوهش (٢٠١٢ ,Nazim &Shahid )، (Shojaei,Jandaghi,Khanifar, 2010)،Harrington, Persisou, Marchek, 2009( )، (٢٠٠٨ ,Rego) و (٢٠٠٨ ,Sunho, Rego)، (٢٠١٤ ,Shaikhloo) و ( ,Jamali, Ahmadi ٢٠١٥ ,Asgari) که نشان دادند بين مؤلفه هاي معنويت در محيط کار با تعهد سازماني و سلامت سازماني رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد، همخواني دارد.
