چکیده:
سابقه و هدف: شواهد نشان میدهد که روشهای معنوی مقابله در کمک به افراد در حفظ و افزایش سلامت روانی در شرایط بحران، موثر است. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثرات معنویت درمانی و آموزش راهبردهای مقابله مذهبی برکاهش علائم ترومای ثانویه فرزندان جانبازان PTSD انجام شد. روش کار: روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری یک ماهه بود. جامعه آماری دربرگیرنده دانشجویان شاهد (فرزندان جانبازان مبتلابهPTSD) در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد در سال ۱۳۹۷ بود. ابتدا بر اساس ملاکهای ورود دانشجویانی که نمره بالایی در ترومای ثانویه داشتند شناسایی شدند و به تصادف در سه گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند (هر گروه ۱۰ نفر). سه گروه آزمایش به ترتیب تحت معنویت درمانی و آموزش راهبردهای مقابله مذهبی قرار گرفتند، گروه سوم بهعنوان گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. شرکتکنندگان پرسشنامههای استرس ثانویه (STS) را تکمیل کردند. بعد از جمع آوری و استخراج دادهها، نمرات شرکت کنندگان با دادهها با آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره با اندازههای مکررتحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که اثرات معنویتدرمانی و آموزش راهبردهای مقابله مذهبی در تعدیل و کاهش علائم ترومای ثانویه معنادار بود P<0/05)). نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر بر ضرورت مداخلات معنویت درمانی، مشاورهای، آموزش راهبردهای مقابله مذهبی خانوادههای جانبازان مبتلابه PTSD (بهمنظور انجام دادن اقدامات موثرتر)، تشکیل جلسههای معنویت درمانی گروهی و برنامه آموزشی راهبردهای مقابلهای برای روابط بهتر و موثرتر تاکید میکند.
Background and purpose: Evidence shows that spiritual coping methods are effective in helping people maintain and increase mental health in crisis situations. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of spiritual therapy and teaching coping strategies on reducing the symptoms of secondary trauma in the children of PTSD veterans.Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design with control and a one-month follow-up group. The statistical population included control students (children of PTSD veterans) in the Islamic Azad University of Iran in 1397. First, based on the inclusion criteria, students with high scores in secondary trauma were identified and randomly assigned to three experimental groups and one control group (10 people in each group). Three experimental groups underwent spiritual therapy and religious coping strategies training, respectively, the third group did not receive any intervention as a control group. Participants completed the Secondary Stress Questionnaire (STS). After collecting and extracting the data, participants' scores were analyzed with the data by repeated measures multivariate analysis of variance.Results: The results showed that the effects of spirituality, therapy, and training of religious coping strategies in modulating and reducing the symptoms of secondary trauma were significant (P Conclusion: The results of the present study emphasize the need for spiritual therapy interventions, counseling, teaching religious coping strategies to families of PTSD veterans (in order to take more effective measures), organizing group spiritual therapy sessions, and coping strategies training programs for better and more effective relationships.
