چکیده:
مقدمه
مسیله بی انضباطی دانش آموزان و تعامل صحیح معلم-دانش آموزان از موضوعاتی هستند که تمام معلمان از جمله معلمان مدارس استثنایی با آنها سروکار دارند. معلمانی که بر مهارت های ارتباطی تسلط ندارند، رفتارهای بی انضباطی بیشتری از دانش آموزان را می بینند و تعامل نامناسب تری با آنان دارند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی به معلم بر بی انضباطی دانش آموزان و تعامل معلم-دانش آموزان انجام گرفت.
روش
روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان زن دوره ابتدایی مدارس استثنایی شهر زاهدان)استان سیستان و بلوچستان(در سال تحصیلی 1401 - 1400 بود. نمونه شامل 30 معلم بود که به شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایشی و گواه گمارده شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه های بی انضباطی دانش آموزان و تعامل معلم-دانش آموزان بود که تمام آزمودنی ها در مرحله پیش آزمون آن را تکمیل کردند، سپس برنامه آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی برای گروه آزمایشی در 8 جلسه اجرا شد و در نهایت، پس آزمون از تمام گروه های گروه آزمایشی و گواه گرفته شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل کواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته ها
نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی بر کاهش رفتارهای بی انضباطی دانش آموزان و بهبود تعامل معلم-دانش آموزان تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.
نتیجه گیری
آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی به عنوان یکی از پیش نیازهای ورد به حرفه معلمی برای معلمان مدنظر قرار بگیرد.
Introduction
The problem of student indiscipline and the proper teacher-student interaction are issues that all teachers, including teachers in special schools, deal with them. The Purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of teacher communication skills training on student indiscipline and teacherstudents interaction.
Method
A quasi experimental design was employed with pretest, posttest and control group. The population of this study included all female primary school teachers in exceptional schools in Zahedan city (Sistan and Baluchestan province) in the academic year 2021-2022. The sample consisted of 30 teachers which were randomly selected in two groups of 15 experimental and control. The data collection instrument was questionnaires of student indiscipline and teacher-student interaction that all participants completed as the pre-test. Then, the communication skills training were conducted in the experimental group for eight sessions. Finally, the same questionnaire was completed by both experimental and control groups. Then, the data was analyzed using covariance analysis.
Results
The findings indicated communication skills training can affect student indiscipline and teacherstudents interaction.
Conclusion
Communication skills training should be considered as one of the prerequisites for the teaching profession for teachers.
