چکیده:
نگرش اخباری و اصولی، دو روش فهم دین از متون اصلی در میان اندیشمندان شیعی است که بیش از چهار قرن از نزاعهای فکری و یا ایجاد و شکلگیری مکاتب گوناگون میان طرفداران آنها را پشت سر گذاشتهاست. پژوهش حاضر درصدد پاسخگویی به این سوال است که آراء اصولی فیض کاشانی در کتاب "معتصم الشیعه" چگونه انعکاس یافته است. بررسی توصیفی و تحلیلی این مسئله حاکی از آن است که فیض کاشانی از علمای شیعی قرن یازدهم با وجود دیدگاههای اخباری و استناد و اتکا وی به روایات، اما نگرش بدور از هرگونه افراط تفریط او از عقل و نقل را در کاربست عملیاش در کتاب معتصم الشیعه به عنوان کتاب فقهی فیض را شاهدیم. تاثیرپذیری از مسلک اساتید اخباری، برداشت سوء از برخی فتاوای مبهم فقهی ایشان در گذشته، عدم تناسب برخی دیدگاههای وی با براهین موجود نزد خویش، و... موجب شد فیض را که اغلب دارای آراء اعتدالی در نظریاتش است را به اخباریگری متهم نموده، و دامنه اختلاف آراء میان اصولییون و اخباریون شیعی را بیش از پیش گستردش دهد. حال آنکه عدم تمایل ایشان
